The special features of JAA FIT PRO are:

• Total resistance: From 5 - 145 kg adjustable resistance, allowing even the most seasoned to get a tough workout at home.
• Natural latex: Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, which is more expensive than standard resistance bands that are typically made of a cheaper material (TPE plastic). This is necessary to ensure longevity and extra good elasticity.
• Training bar with comfortable padding: Our specially designed training bar is manufactured from carefully selected materials that ensure a stable and comfortable training experience.
• Anti-snap carabiner mechanism: carabiners with a locking mechanism, which eliminates the risk of the band snapping out of the carabiner, designed specifically for JAA FIT PRO.
• Reinforced-quality accessories: Bar, handles, ankle straps and door anchor, of reinforced quality.

We are proud of our user-friendly design, which weighs under 3 kg. Our bar can be split into two sections. This makes it easy to transport and therefore fits easily into a bag or suitcase measuring over 53 cm in length.

Please note that although the set can fit into a carry-on suitcase, you should be aware of airline regulations: the bar is classified as dangerous goods and is not allowed as a carry-on item.

After extensive testing we can say with confidence that the risk of the JAA FIT PRO training set breaking is negligible as long as you follow our recommendations.

Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, an extremely flexible and durable material that retains its elasticity and shape over time.

Our recommendations for safe use of JAA FIT PRO:

• Avoid stretching the bands to more than four times their original length.
• Avoid using them on sharp or rough surfaces.
• In the extremely unlikely event that a training band breaks, it will in most cases naturally fall toward the ground. Therefore we recommend training with shoes on. If the above recommendations are followed, the risk of injury is close to 0, even in the unlikely event that a band breaks.

Of course! As a member of JAAFIT+ you get thorough guidance on all exercises. You also have the option to ask questions about the exercises or anything else to our coaches and the other members via our chat forum in the app.

No, the door anchor is designed with soft and gentle materials that protect the door's surface from scratches and scuffs. As long as the door is sturdy and properly closed, you will not experience it becoming warped or damaged.

In principle our door anchor can be used on both sides of the door, but we recommend that you mount it on the opposite side from where the door opens (that is the side where the door presses against the frame when closed), or lock the door during use. This ensures the best possible stability and reduces the risk of accidents from the door opening.

You can mount our door anchor in any door and thereby attach the resistance bands to the door.

You can also use our "anywhere anker" which can be attached around posts, trees, railings, etc.

Or you can purchase our multipoint door anchor, which allows you to attach the band at 5 different heights without having to adjust the door anchor.
